Math

The project is designed to examine the opportunities, challenges and barriers to developing cross-cutting research questions and paradigms that better reflect current understandings of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) learning as lifelong, life-wide and life-deep and to propose a range of new visions for possible future research directions. Tools for accomplishing this task include a special section of the journal Science Education, a national invitational conference and a series of websites and special presentations and town-hall meetings at professional conferences.
